- Shipping
- The products are packed and delivered to the shipping company after confirming the order and completing the payment process via credit card, Mada, or by bank transfer to our bank account.
- Shipping fees for products appear on the order completion page and before completing the payment process and completing the order.
- Shipping fees for large products that require installation at the customer's location may vary due to their size. Upon completion of the purchase process, an employee will contact you to complete the transportation and installation fees procedures.
- The shipping company will contact the customer on the mobile number registered in the order, to arrange the appropriate delivery date and confirm the address.
- The total time to receive orders ranges between 2-5 working days from the date of completion and confirmation of the order in Riyadh, and within 5-10 days outside Riyadh.

- Recovery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Return policy varies depending on the reason:
First: Return due to the customer changing his mind and not needing the product

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Products must be in the same condition as when purchased and in their original packaging.
- The outer packaging of the product must not be opened or the product has been used.
- Bring the original invoice.
- The customer bears the shipping cost.
- We do not offer free return shipping.
- You receive a damaged or defective order, or you receive a product that is not what you ordered.
- We do not offer refunds for any shipping charges incurred for returned products.
- The return policy does not include the following products: (bird and fish products, natural plants and artificial plant arrangements).
Second: Return due to the item received being different from what was ordered
Its conditions:
- The outer packaging of the product must not be opened or used unless the content and type of the product is not shown on the outer packaging and can only be identified after opening.
- Zahrat Al Rayyan Store will bear all shipping and product replacement costs.
Recovery steps:
- Please contact customer service via WhatsApp 0533688541 to submit the problem, stating the order number, reason, and products you wish to return.
- We will get back to you within 48 hours.. Your patience will be greatly appreciated.
- If your return request is accepted, please include your order number, name and contact number.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your order, if your refund is approved.
- If approved, the value of the product will be refunded, minus the shipping fees and credit card fees if payment was made via credit cards.
- Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and transfer your refund.
- Replacement
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Its conditions:
- Exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The original invoice must be brought.
- The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
- The exchange policy does not include the following products: (bird and fish products, natural plants and artificial plant arrangements).
- Products that have been damaged in packaging or installed cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In the event that the product is not available, the customer will be compensated with another alternative product if the customer desires this option, or he will be given a purchase voucher with the same value as the product, which can be used at any time through the customer service WhatsApp number 0533688541. After that, the alternative product will be shipped and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
